With the heated development of education reform, teacher professional growth has become one of the main topics in it. The level of teacher professionalism has an influence on the education quality to some extent. Beginning Teacher, in the critical period of their professional growth, is the important component of the Teachers. Meanwhile, Chinese education in primary school is naturally important, which is the basic of learning other subjects. From viewpoints of Practical philosophy and Phenomenological pedagogy, this research, focus on the problem of primary Chinese teacher's professional growth, tells the anecdotes about the lived experience of those teachers' professional development, tries to present the essence and process of their professional growth, then discusses the possible inspiration on teacher education in primary schools.The first chapter of this article is theoretical exploration on primary Chinese teacher's professional growth. Based on the Practical philosophy turning, we have such an understanding: The fundamental problem of education in fact is the problem of Practical philosophy; education is practical cultivating ours consciousness quality. Teacher's major is education; the essence of professional growth is cultivating professional consciousness quality about teaching. And then, we present the professional consciousness quality by three typical teacher's figures; discuss the constitution and cultivation of professional consciousness quality which belongs to Chinese beginning teachers in primary:Chinese education in primary school is Chinese native enlightenment; the professional consciousness quality is Chinese native consciousness, which could be got from teacher education experience. In chapter two, we present stories about professional growth of three Chinese beginning teachers of primary school in classroom teaching including practice, new becoming and early maturity periods. From their anecdotes, we can see them how to overcome difficulties and achieve professional growth. In chapter three, we get the profound implication from these stories:the professional consciousness of Chinese beginning teachers of primary school. In the last chapter, we discuss the possible inspiration on teacher education in primary schools from this research:Teacher education should awaken teaching theoretical awareness; promote the cultivating of teacher's professional consciousness quality; pay much attention to classroom teaching experience in educational practice.
