Lesson planning is an important job for teachers, and it is the necessary preparations for classroom teaching. While as one form of lesson planning, collective lesson planning is the process for teachers of the same teaching and research group to interpret curriculum standards, research textbooks, analyze students'situation and make the teaching design. It fully reflects the cooperation and sharing ideas.Teacher's collective lesson planning in the actual teaching work did play a big role, but also has many problems. In order to find out the problems, the author carried on the thorough investigation in the affiliated high school of Qingdao University. Aiming at the existing problems, the school reformed the collective lesson planning and promoted the collective lesson planning model of unit core courses. This collective lesson planning model requires teachers to overlook all the unit knowledge, confirm the core content, and around the core content to creatively integrate the entire unit or partial element content, and design a core lesson that leads the entire unit. In addition, it emphasizes the following links of having lessons, viewing lessons, evaluating lessons and video reflection, so as to change the inherent situation of collective lesson planning, all these reflect the philosophy of big lesson planning in the new curriculum reform.In order to further perfect the collective lesson planning model of unit core courses, relying on the related theory and combining school actual situation, the author puts forward the constructive support strategies, such as strengthening professional guidance, arousing teachers'independent consciousness, perfecting for evaluation system, optimizing equipped conditions, etc. The author expects these suggestions can further promote the operation of this model of collective lesson planning, and provide reference typical for other primary and secondary schools. And this can effectively change the bad situation of collective lesson planning in wider range and promote the healthy development of the education.
