With the development of malformation education and the reform of teaching way, the online lesson preparation is becoming the trend of the preparation. Collective lesson preparation are based on the group learning, the participants in the collective lesson preparation can supervise and motivate each other, diagnose, find and perfect themselves by the guidelines of the same goals and the constraint of the unified standard. The teaching plan can share, communicate and comment the annotations, it help teachers make the content-rich and distinctive style of teaching plan.In order to promote the online collective lesson preparation activities’development for teachers in Xian’an district. This paper adopts literature research, questionnaire and action study method to research. The paper expounds the district preparation status, analyzes the reasons of collective lesson preparation has not yet to carry out online, organize teachers conduct online collective lesson preparation practice, summed up online collective lesson preparation processes, and strategy. The paper carry out action research from six chapters:The first chapter is introduction; it expounds research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research contents and methods for this topic.The second chapter is the investigation about status quote of lesson preparation for elementary and middle-school teachers, it survey the present situation about collective lesson preparation, online lesson preparation and online collective lesson preparation, and summarize and analyze the survey of online collective lesson preparation. Its purpose is to understand the teachers’attitudes about the online collective lesson preparation activity and the reason that online collective lesson preparation has not yet been carried out in Xian’an district, Hubei Province, and provide the guidance and direction for the action research of online collective lesson preparation later.The third chapter is the process design and practice; it detailed described the process that the author carry out action research for online collective lesson preparation in Xian’ an district, Hubei Province. The author establish preparation group with five Chinese Teachers in this district, Chinese researcher is the team leader, they take four rounds of online collective lesson preparation about the topic for the talk about the pictures in the oral course. This content summarizes the process, the key link and the preparing tools in the online collective lesson preparation.The fourth chapter is the tool design for online lesson preparation with the support of information technology. From three aspects of business, function and administrative authority, we explains that how to design the tools and apply some education information products into the activities for online collective lesson preparation.The fifth chapter is the analysis of strategies for online collective lesson preparation. From three aspects of from the establishment of the team with Group Dynamics, the construction of network preparation environment with the networked learning community and the organization of the lesson preparation with the goal directed theory, we put forward the strategies for the online collective lesson preparation.The sixth chapter is the summary for research. It expounds the research results and summarizes the research deficiencies about the development of tools, management mechanisms and evaluation system for collective lesson preparation.
