Collective lesson preparation as an important form of school-based teaching and research,according to the different subjects taught by teachers who are divided into different teaching and research groups.In the same teaching and research group,the teachers according to the curriculum standard analyze the contents of the teaching materials(including teaching objectives,teaching difficulties,teaching methods and teaching process).On the basis of fully considering the situation to prepare the task of decomposition.Making a plan for the specific implementation of teaching and to reflect the results of the teaching process or teaching practice.This paper carries out questionnaire survey on the specific situation of 142 teachers in Q County L Education Park;Conducting individual interviews with school administrators and group teachers,the individual interviews of school administrators and collectively prepared teachers,the main contents of the interview focused on the teachers' understanding of the collective lesson preparation,the attitude of teachers participating in collective lesson preparation and the teachers' cognition about the value and meaning of collective lesson preparation;on the campus collective lesson preparation work notes(teacher classroom teaching record,lectures notes,to teach teachers experience,the park teacher "second lesson lesson lesson plan")and other relevant archives to summarize the information;in-depth collective lesson preparation site on the campus teachers of collective lesson preparation(teacher speech,teachers on the subject of the degree of clarity,teachers participate in collective lesson preparation)and other aspects of observation.By analyzing the survey results,the interview content is encoded and summarized.Analysis of teachers in the collective lesson preparation process of the causes of problems,mainly from the teacher's understanding of the importance of collective lesson preparation,teacher reflection and problem awareness of three aspects of analysis,and from the teaching information platform to create,to strengthen teacher training and supervision and other aspects ofthe proposal.The main contents of this study are as follows:The first part is the introduction,including the background of this study and the research value are expounded.the contents include the literature review,the theoretical basis and the framework of this study.The second part mainly presents the current situation of the collective preparation of the rural teachers,including the effect of the collective lesson preparation and the lack of the collective lesson preparation;The third part analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of teachers' collective lesson preparation;The fourth part puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the collective preparation of the rural teachers from the aspects of teachers' own and school resources.Besides,the creation of education teaching mechanism should be thought out.
