College constructors are those who play an important role in training and cultivating qualified builders and successors of socialism, and those who are backbones of university teaching & research and the management team. In nowadays, the concept of people-oriented and the harmonious development are getting more and more popular, the career development of college constructors is not only related to the realization of their individual`s value but also the realization of universities` goals. Therefore, how to provoke their enthusiasm initiative and creativity effectively and combine their own development with the strategic development of universities are the speculative problems in college constructors` career management. But at present , there exists some serious problems, such as inadequate staffing, low professional level, team instability, job burnout and so on.On the basis of integrated use of management, psychology, education and sociology, the author has a deep and all-around research in the career management of college constructor. using literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires. First, the author analyze the current situation and the existing problems of career management of college conductors, then tries to study the dynamic management mode on career management of college constructors. The main content and research way of this paper are:The first chapter is about the background and meanings of the paper as well as the related concepts and theories at home and abroad. The second chapter describes the historical evolution of the system college conductors, characteristics and the influence factors. In the third chapter, On the basis of questionnaire analysis, the author discussed some problems existing in the process of career management of college conductors which provides practical evidence for the implementation of career management . The fourth chapter focuses on the establishment of principles and design elements of university career conductors` management system. In the last chapter, the author put forward several specific measures on strengthening the college counselors, and these definite measures have reference value and practical guiding significance.Applying the career management to the college counselors management, taking appropriate measures, implementing supporting plans that are dynamic and long-term are meaningful. Because it has theoretical and practical significance for optimizing human resources, improving the level of college career management and development, deepening structural reform inside colleges and universities.
