College counsellors who work at the front line of ideological and political are the grass-roots commanders and educators of the ideological and political work. The success or failure of college counsellors' career management has to do with the healthy growth of students, the stability and development of college counselors' team, the school as well as the stability of a harmonious society.About the research of college counsellors' career management, this article discusses from four aspects. The first part on the principal of the related concepts and theories, such as: the meaning of college counsellors' career, the connotation of college counsellors' career development, the defined of college counsellors' career management. The second part discusses the current problems about the college counsellors' career management, mainly through the survey and data analysis of present situation about the college counsellors' career management, summarizes current major problem in the work of college counsellors' career management, for example, the location of college counselors is not clear, the supporting policies of college counsellors' career development is imperfect, the training mechanism of college counselors is imperfect, college counsellors' career lacks of sustainable development.The third part of this article is the cycle model's design of college counsellors' career development, mainly references the career development cycle theory of foreign academics, such as the career development cycle theory of Donald E. Super, the career development cycle theory of Eli Ginsberg, the career development cycle theory of Edgar H. Scheming, the career development cycle theory of Green House, and combines the characteristics of college counsellors, the development cycle of college counsellors' career is divided into three stages, such as the early career, the medium career and the late career. College counsellors at each stage have different occupational status, face different career development task and undertake different duty to the different development requirements.The last part of this article puts forward specific measures on strengthening the college counsellors' career management, such as: the introduction of the career management concept, improves the management system of career management, establishes the goal of college counsellors' career development, formulates the plan of college counsellors' career development, perfects the training mechanism, improves the incentive mechanism, and guides college counsellors actively participate in career management. These definite measures to the college counsellors'career management have some reference value and practical guiding significance.This article researches the college counsellors' career management from the point of view of Education, Psychology and Management Study, design the model of the college counsellors' career development, propose specific measures to achieving the college counsellors' career development, building the stabilizing and efficient the college counsellors' team...
