College Counselors’ occupation career management is a important systems design, measures and activities, that related to the development of colleges universitiest and personal growth of counselors. It mainly includes the college counselors organize occupation career management and counselor self occupation career management. Counselors occupation career management in line with modern trends of human resources management, it is beneficial to the optimization of college counselors team structure, improve their occupation sense of honor, to build a platform to realize counselors own value system, promoting college education level; On the counselors, through the occupation career management, can make themselves in their own work to realize the value of life. However, affected by the traditional personnel management system the influence. The awareness of university organization and counselors to occupation career management is not enough, the counselor assessment, training system is still not perfect, counselors work responsibilities are not clear, counselors’ professional background is complex, together with the university organization see the researching, teaching as the center of the organizational values, all affect the counselor ’s occupation career management implement. To strengthen the occupation career management of college counselors should start from two aspects of University and counselors. On university part, should change the traditional management concept, Introduction of occupation career management concept, further refinement of college Counselors’ job responsibilities, improve college counselor assessment, training mechanism, improve their treatment, strengthen the humanistic care of counselors; from counselors’ perspective, attention should be paid to the role of occupation career management, learning occupation career management knowledge, strengthen the information communication to university organization.
