Research On The Current Training Situations And The Development Countermeasures Of The High-level Men's Basketball Teams In The Regular Universities Of The Northwest Area

Since the trial level of our college basketball team ,progress has been made in the exploration of the development. Especially the birth of China University Basketball Association (CUBA) laid the foundation for our country to combine basketball training with commom education, and provide a platform for theexpression and communication between excellent college basketball teams, beside participation of University basketball team, in addition, competitive level of college basketball is ever increasing. Therefore, colleges pay more and more attention to the management, training and development of college basketball teams. High-leveled College men's basketball team in Northwest had achieved better results at National University Games and the CUBA League. However, there are large gap between high-leveled college man's basketball teams in competitive level of basketball.This paper takes Northwestern Polytechnical University, Northwest University, Northwest University for Nationalities, Lanzhou University, Xinjiang University and Ningxia University as research sample. The research adopt literature data, questionnaire, logical analysis, expert interviews and other methods, and analyze the Northwest College men's basketball team's training level and development status, thus draw the conclusion as following:①the current team organization aim of high-leveled Northwest men's basketball is mainly for the glory of college and the creation of a school-based sports brand;②the main factors that inluence the training of the coaches inlude the lack of full-time coaches, administrative appointments of coaches, few training opportunities, lack of athletic experience and the lack of professional personnell;③the main reason of lower specialized course performance of high-leveled man's basketball players is the poor level in literacy. The main factors that influence man players' competitive competence include fewer competition opportunities, learning and training conflicts, injury and no appropriate incentive mechanism;④academic settings in advanced northwestern university basketball team are mostly four-year. Colleges and universities for high-level basketball players in the credit management have different care policies. Most of the high-level college basketball players and the general form of specialized courses taught classes with college students, but Lanzhou University will be the only part of the professional athletes the same level with the year class was taught separately;⑤level colleges and universities in Northwest Basketball players have less training time than normal, most high school basketball players have improvements in tactical ability and mental abilities, but no obvious physical improvement .The main results of men's basketball competition factor is the basic difference between athletes, fewer opportunities to match practice, students and the high level of competition affected small competitors;⑥Basketball Northwestern University in Advanced funding is scarce, to the university level basketball training and competition created a great impact ,⑦the overall development of medical supervision, prevention and treatment of sports injuries and hardware infrastructure on has not got enough attention.The development of countermeasures are as following:①To update the idea of northwest college basketball coaches. Get rid of the goal of the positioning within the province, and analyze the development of basketball team with new idea and concept.②Strengthening the construction and management of coaches, mobilizing the enthusiasm of coaches; and strengthening the training of coaches to improve the level of business coaches. Colleges with certain advantages should pay attention to the selection and employment of professional coaches.③enhancing the instruction for basketball players in main courses at pre-competition and post competition, thus help to resolve the problem between study and competition. Improvements should be made on both competitive competence and academic performance.④To expand the quality and channels of recruitment, at the same time, college basketball coaches and related leaders should improve their understanding of training traits and laws in junior and elementary schools, thus laid the foundation of recruitment.⑤To establish a complete scientific training system, and fully mobilize the men's basketball players' enthusiasm in training and expertise; to establish the systematic basketball at all levels, to create a good atmosphere of basketball on campus, and to change the more training, less competition problems.⑥colleges and universities should strengthen the work of protection on basketball training , to garentee the medical supervision, fatigue recovery and nutrition security and to reduce sports injuries and disorders.⑦University should do better on marketing of basketball team. Rising money from individuala, schools and the society. It is a effective way of realization multi-channel system and compensation of the lack of money.
