Minority education information is an important part of China's education modernization. The informatization teaching ability of minority teachers determine the overall level of education information in China's ethnic areas.The lack of the Tibetan teaching resources and low level of teachers'informatization teaching, which hinder the process of education information in China's minority areas to a large extent.The research selects the two teachers of Tibetan primary school in the Luqu County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as research object. The paper describes the process of the development of informatization teaching ability of two teachers and analyzes the influencing factors on the development of informatization teaching ability of two teachers, using the method of interviewing with research objects, classroom observation and analysis of physical goods to collect materials. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions on the development of informatization teaching ability of Tibetan areas'primary school teachers.This paper includes six parts.The first part is the exordium of this paper which states the background, purpose and significance of the research, and analyzes the research on informatization teaching ability of domestic and international teachers.The second part states the theory foundation of the development of informatization teaching ability in theory view.The third part interprets the process of research from four aspects: the choice of research approach, the selection of research object, the course and method of collecting materials, collection and analysis of materials.The fourth part understands and tracks the process of the development of informatization teaching ability on two teachers, based on interviewing with research objects, classroom observation and analysis of physical goods, using the qualitative research method.The fifth part analyzes the influencing factors on the development of informatization teaching ability of Tibetan areas'primary school teachers, based on the analysis of the process of the development of informatization teaching ability on two teachers. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the eight suggestions on the development of informatization teaching ability of Tibetan areas'primary school teachers.In the final part, this paper summarizes the research and analyzes the validity of the paper. In addition, this paper summarizes the innovation and limitations of the research.
