At present, the education informatization has spread to all over the world especially insome developed countries, such as EU, USA and Japan. After years of exploration anddevelopment, it has achieved good results. Chinese education informatization started a littlebit late, but with year’s continuous efforts, it also walked out of a road to conform thesituation of our country. In such aspects as the hardware construction and resourcedevelopment, it has a larger development, teacher training and do the corresponding work,but problems also exist, such as uneven distribution of education resources, different level ofteachers who are trained with education informationization application ability. Also, thecorresponding training has failed to meet the demand of teachers’ problems to be solved,such as overall level needs to be improved.Only good information-based teaching equipment and teaching resources are not enoughto develop the education informationization which mastered the skills of high-qualityteachers’ education informatization. And it is the key to promote the development ofcomprehensive education informatization. Later stages of the development of educationinformationization puts forward new requirements for personnel and teachers, countriesaround the world have to strengthen the training of teachers’ education informationizationapplication ability and then focusing on cultivating talents and teachers team, thecorresponding speed up to promote the further development of the educationinformationization.Combined with recent years countries vigorously promote "National Training Plan"teacher training programs, this study based on the analysis of the current educationinformatization development and research status at home and abroad. By literature analysis,investigation and study further to explore the status quo of teachers’ educationinformationization application ability training and existing problems, based on the theory ofteacher professional development, build a suitable for the current primary and secondaryschool teachers education informationization application ability effective promotion "3+4+ 5" training mode and exploration practice, the final success, while improve the level ofprimary and secondary school teachers education informationization, for teachers continuingeducation and information technology training for relevant departments to provide thereference.Specific research include of explore the domestic and foreign research and developmentstatus of primary and secondary school education informatization, comparison of domesticand international primary and secondary school teachers education present situation in theconstruction of information technology application ability and research achievements, andanalyzes the significance of these. Teachers’ professional development through the analysisof the literature theory, the theory of lifelong learning, adult learning circle theory andexperience Kirkpatrick evaluation model on the guidance of education informationizationapplication ability training value and its application in the design and trainingimplementation. Since then, with Kirkpatrick evaluation model as a guide,through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews and other forms of investigation andassessment, in combination with the participation teachers think log analysis, get the realtraining effect evaluation, finally determine the good results were obtained in the training, allthe participation by teacher’s consistent high praise, preliminary explore a new mode suitablefor the current teacher education informationization training.Through this study, given an objective on development of education informationization athome and abroad, and explores the application of the relevant theories in educationinformationization training, for the participation teacher education informationizationapplication ability to do research, combined with the actual situation, based on "National Training Plan" design training plan, organize and implement the training, evaluationsummary reflection, explore a set of complete "National Training Plan" educationinformation technology application ability training model, for teachers to give somereference to education informationization application ability training.
