While artificial intelligence,data analysis,AR,VR and other technologies bring dividends to education,education has also suffered from technological impact,especially teachers who play a leading and dominant role in teaching.The degree of informatization teaching ability possessed by the new generation of teachers determines the release limit of technological benefits in education and teaching.At present,the research on teachers' informatization teaching ability is more concentrated on the concept connotation,constituent elements,development stage,influencing factors,development status,etc.There are very few researches on how to evaluate teachers' informatization teaching ability.At the same time,the existing empirical research on the evaluation of teacher informatization teaching ability is not feasible and pertinent,and lacks systematic research and design.Therefore,this research takes primary and middle school teachers as the research object,and constructs a set of operable evaluation index system for teachers' informatization teaching ability based on the existing theory,in order to provide a reference evaluation model for teachers' informatization teaching ability development.First,this research uses the literature analysis method to sort out the reasons for the topic selection,core concepts,research status at home and abroad,and basic research ideas.On the basis of defining the applicable scope of the evaluation index system,this research takes the "Information Technology Application Ability Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" as a direction guide,the content of domestic and foreign teachers' informatization teaching ability constitutes as the index element reference,an evaluation index system for the informatization teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is initially formulated.Secondly,the evaluation index system is modified.It mainly includes three steps.The first step is to use the expert consultation method to modify and delete some inappropriate indicators.The second step is to conduct a forecast questionnaire survey based on the revised evaluation index system,use SPSS.24.0 tools to conduct project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,and revise the evaluation index system again.The third step is to conduct a formal questionnaire survey based on the revised evaluation index system of the predictive questionnaire,and use AMOS tools to perform confirmatory factor analysis on the data results to determine a complete evaluation index system.Finally,the weight of the evaluation index system is calculated.The weight calculation includes four steps,which are subjective weight calculation,objective weight calculation,combination weight calculation and weight normalization calculation.On this basis,combined with the evaluation index system completed in the previous period,a complete evaluation index system of primary and middle school teachers' information teaching ability is constructed.
