As global entrepreneurial activities being increasingly fierce, our government is promoting people to start their own businesses, especially for the university students. Many well-known foreign companies such as Microsoft, Dell and Google were founded by students and are now operating very successfully. In the past ten years, most scholars have confirmed the close correlation with the entrepreneurial motivation and the business self-efficacy, as it is to explain why the selected business entrepreneurs'cognitive mechanisms and the psychological one of the key driving force. But most of the studies concern is how the entrepreneurial self-efficacy affects entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial behavior is the relationship between them. However, the antecedent for entrepreneurial self-efficacy variables, namely, entrepreneurial self-efficacy of the factors those scholars have not yet concluded. The college students as potential future entrepreneurs of start-ups, students help to promote entrepreneurial self-efficacy, which are social and economic role in promoting not be underestimated. The main purpose of this study was to explore the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of College Students What are the factors, and on this basis for further study of these factors and the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy.This article first read a lot about management, social psychology, and entrepreneurial innovation on the basis of the literature on the relevant literature was reviewed, with the current actual situation of Chinese college students, students of entrepreneurship proposed system of self-efficacy model hypothesis that differences in entrepreneurial self-efficacy factor model. Perspective of the model to analyze three main differences in entrepreneurial self-efficacy: the entrepreneurial perspective of individual factors to the environment around entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial attitude of view the factors that the perspective of cognitive factors. Around these three perspectives, the corresponding hypothesis is proposed in order to study in college students on the basis of a questionnaire, statistical analysis and structural equation modeling tested hypotheses. Overall, the main research findings and innovations include the following:(1) In theory, this paper studies the role of entrepreneurs, based on the introduction of a ternary decision theory, systems integration, the differences in entrepreneurial self-efficacy factor model. Prove that the individual factors, environmental factors include the individual's cognitive style is the antecedent of entrepreneurial self-efficacy variables, and further revealed by the three factors of entrepreneurial self-efficacy mechanism. Specific, individual factors are divided into individual resource variables (gender, education, work or business experience) and individual characteristics (personal achievement motivation, risk taking, internal characteristics and innovation); environmental factors, the weak relationship between social environment Strong relationships with family and friends both on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive relationship; and innovative cognitive style package with adaptive entrepreneurial self-efficacy on both positive and negative effects.(2) research in the method, we use qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of the main subjects for the Central South University for Nationalities in Wuhan students, conducted a questionnaire survey, the use of Barbosa et al (2007) proposed the entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale personal traits factor questionnaire, business environmental factors, and KAI questionnaire survey of college students start the factors affecting self-efficacy measurement and data collection.(3) In practical applications, the paper defined the field of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the start position and role. To enhance students'entrepreneurial self-efficacy provides an improved view. This will enhance the students'motivation, to promote the students start their own businesses, and provide more jobs of great practical significance.
