Independent College was new product of the continuous development of higher education,was exploratory and innovation of mechanism and model of higher education in the new situation, it was the effective way that expand high-quality educational resources,to develop a technology-based application-oriented talents. Physical curriculum of college as an important part of Independent College teaching,it wasthe important way and mean to promote the comprehensive development of the students. Teaching model is one of the important factors that determine the quality of teaching physical education . It is positive and practical for Improving teaching Quality that research teaching model of physical curriculum of Independent College,and find out problems, make suggestions.Some physical teachers of Independent College of Sichuan Province were the survey object of the article , based on theory of modern higher education and teaching,combined to"Teaching of Physical Eduction Guidelines".Curriculum guidelines, teaching objectives, operating procedures and other elements of teaching model as a starting point, by literature data, statistics, questionnaires, expert interviews comprehensivly research physical education of Independent College of Sichuan Province, and gain the following conclusion:"health first" and "lifelong awareness" as the guiding ideology for Physical Education of Independent Colleges in Sichuan Province .Teaching objectives focused on sports participation, sports skills and physical health in three areas,lack of mental health and social adaptation goals. There was the gap between lesson plans and the "Outline" provides . 92% of colleges did not meet the required course hours. Traditional project was main content ,teaching content to convergence highly, prescriptivly. the procedure of transfering and acceptancing was the main Classroom procedure, emphasis on transferring knowledge and sports technology, it was difficult to ensure to develop comprehensive capability. Teacher Course Evaluation mostly by a "three-unified " manner, the evaluation mainly included physical fitness, motor skills, and attendance of students learning attitude, effort and lacked of attention to the extent their own progress.In order to further optimize teaching model of physical curriculum in Independent College of Sichuan province, improve the quality of teaching and put forward the following measures: with the " Eduction Guidelines "as the standard physical curriculum;rich course content, arranged different content to meet the requirements of the professional teaching . Innovated teaching methods, choosed reasonable procedures for teaching, Reasonably used various teaching modes, comprehensivly educated students.Established a scientific evaluation system, combined to the formative assessment and summative assessment, teacher evaluation and student self-assessment, comprehensively and objectively evaluated students.
