Eduation Model Of Sports In The Applied Research On The Teaching Of Aerobics Option Class In The Independent College Of Beijing

These for independent institute of physical education teaching in our country are very good references and reference significances. At present the most urgent problem that need to solve i p in the United States in the1980s. This model can fully cultivate students’ teamwork spirit and cooperative learning ability, and to improve the students’ learning interest and learning s how to applied the educational model of sport to physical education.This article uses Gengdan College which using the sports education pattern in aerobics option class as the research object. The main methods used are the literature material law, the expert interview law, the mathematical analysis, questionnaire method and experimental method.Drawing conclusions:1.The aerobics option classes in five independent colleges in Beijing are in good condition. Most are open in the sophomore year.2. Appling the education model of sports to the aerobics teaching didn’t improve the physical quality obviously.3. Appling the education model of sports to aerobics teaching has great positive role in improving students’ learning motivation and learning attitude. The class game link and the final game strengthen the students adapt ability and games ability. It also promote the communication between the students and the cooperation and communication, and enhance the collective sense of honor, and establish a good learning atmosphere, greatly stimulate the students’ learning interest and efficiency, also make the performance appraisal better reasonable 4. Group learning is used in education model of sports and each student act as different roles. They also exchange the roles in the practice. Make the students participate the practice actively strengthen the teaching effect.5. Analyzing the additional questionnaire after the experiment can draw: Students enjoy this kind of education mode. They feel it is more suitable to their own characteristics, and master the self exercise method. It helped them set up the lifelong sports consciousness, and more than half of the students do the extracurricular exercise more than three times a week. They think the model has great positive role in learning initiative and interest in learning to improve their technical level to enhance the ability of aerobics.6. The education model of sports breaks the traditional single teaching goal. By using teachers’direct guidance, cooperative learning and partners learning, it gives full play to the students’learning initiative.
