The main force of the curriculum implementation is teachers who is at the very end of the curriculum implementation. They are the first of the success of curriculum implementation. Higher the enthusiasm and the sense of efficacy to participate in the curriculum implementation, more effective of the curriculum implementation.The new curriculum implementation needs teachers to change the traditional education idea and teaching methods. The requiring produces more occupational stress which bring both positive and passive effects. The positive effect is to promote the professional development of teachers and the passive effect is to cause a decline in psychological well-being. The passive effect will be an obstacle for curriculum implementation。The present writer use literature analytic method and survey method to study the effect of the occupational stress. It includes the stressors of the occupational stress, the effect of the occupational stress and the strategies about how to control stress. It has been discovered that in the context of new curriculum implementation, the occupational stress of elementary teachers mainly come from social expectation, new requiring of curriculum implementation, personal features of the teacher. The effects to curriculum implementation includes teaching process, renewability of teachers and students'role, renewability of curriculum knowledge.The society conditions will not change for the person of teachers, so the present writer offer comments from the levels of the school and the teacher. Concrete measures are that the lead of the school should strengthen the support society, increase the level and the frequency of the teacher training, encourage the teacher to interchange with each other and work together. As far as teachers themselves, they should form the right way of thinking, improve technical skills, get with the new roles, strengthen the psychological quality and increase physical exercise.
