Research On The Employment Of Graduates In Northwest A & F University

With the reform of the education system, the expansion of college enrollment and the change in social and economic structure, employment of college students has become increasingly prominent.In this case, the employment of A & F college graduates is more severe. The agricultural and forestry universities of China charged with major responsibility of development of higher education in agriculture and forestry, and the employment status of graduates impacts on basic agriculture and forestry development. We selected Northwest A & F University as our research object, and conducted in-depth investigation and analysis of the employment situation of the graduates and the factors affecting their employment, thus this content reflects the employment status of agricultural and forestry universitie graduates and the problems. According to research needs,this content is divided into five chapters.The introduction explained the background ,the purpose and significance of the study, then we studied the relevant analysis at home and abroad,selected research methods and the research path.ChapterⅡstudied the related theories - theories of human capital and theories of employment, defined agricultural and forestry university, employment, employment flows, and employment guidance and other related concepts.ChapterⅢdescriptively analyzed the overal employment of the graduate in Northwest A & F University in recent years.after the analyzing,we grasped the enrollment,employment, employment regional flows and employment units flows of the gradutes in Northwest A & F University.In chapterⅣ, the author used the survey data from the graduates of 2010 in Northwest A & F University,and analyzed the employment rate of graduates, employment flows,the process of employment, employment costs, salary levels and employment guidance. By contrasting the the employment between different gender, educational background ,summed up the emplowment charactors of the A& F universities graduates.In ChapterⅤthe author used questionnaire data, analyzed the degree of influence which the various factors impact on the job result, the starting salary level,and the satisfaction. In chapterⅥ, the author summarized the influnce of the social,school,family and personal factors ,then put forward suggestions.
