With the rapid development of market economy, the country has changed significantly through science, technology and education being effectively implemented. Now China's higher education has changed from elitist education to mass education. Besides the increasing size of college enrollment, the problem of graduates'employment which becomes an indisputable factors have aroused great concern of the public. College students are the mainstay of our country who could promote our economy and national rejuvenation, and whether they can find a job or what kind of jobs have a direct correlation on social stability and the happiness of millions of households. Therefore, study the factors which effected the employment of college students, and resolved the problem successfully, have great significance, both in theory and practice, to maintain social stability and development.In this paper, we based on theory of human capital, social capital,asymmetric information, reputation management and screening hypothesis using various analytical methods to study those factors that are affecting the employment of college students. We first describe the basic theory about the employment associated with the graduates. Then based on the questionnaire survey we carried out a detailed descriptive analysis. Then, the questionnaire results as a data source to study the impact of factors of Graduate Employment; finally reached the basic conclusion and gave some suggestions and strategies.The main conclusions of the paper are: Firstly, theories including human capital, social capital , asymmetric information, reputation management and screening hypothesis provide a basic theories and method for solving graduates employment. Secondly, impact factors such as specialty of the graduates, career guidance, study and practice of the graduates, reputation of school and social relationships have significant effects on graduate employment. The correlation coefficients are relatively 1.61, 0.24, 1.98, 0.58 and 0.52.The main innovation of this paper :Using the way of investigating the questionnaire, the paper selected 500 investigate object and related to the objects including specialty of the graduates, career guidance, study and practice of the graduates, reputation of school and social relationships are main factors research university student employment problem, and built up an university student to work calculating of impact factor model, the usage survey data substantial evidence examined each the influence degree that the factor work to the university student and put forward how to raise the suggestion of the employment rate of university student according to the analysis result.
