A Relative Study Of Yan Bian Area Korean Junior Students' Personality Characteristic And Parental Rearing Patterns

Personality is shaping with the help of family, school, and society. In the people's developing process, family influence plays a very important role. While parental rearing patterns is the core in family environment. As a result, health personality characteristic rely on positive parental rearing patterns. Different nation has their own culture, which can crate different rearing patterns. The arm of this research is to research junior middle school students'personality, their family rearing patters and the relative of that. So the author surveyed 580 students from Yanji area and got 480 available questionnaires as research objects, and use Egma Minnern av Bardndos nauppforsrean (EMBU) and Eysenck personality characteristics. After well analysis, the results are follows:1 It show that Yanbin students personality show a high proportion at psychoticism.2 Boys and girls in Yanbian Korean junior middle school students have remarkable differences on psychoticism. Boy students show a higher proportion on psychoticism. That is say, boys more contumacy, provoking, obstinate, aggressive. They are hard to adapt environment.3 Different Grade do not have remarkable differences on personality characteristics.4 Different citys have remarkable differences on psychoticism. Yanji show a higher proportion on this factor.5 Han ethnic group junior middle students have remarkable differences on psychoticism, While have no remarkable differences on extraversion and neuroticism.6 Yanbian Korean junior middle school students'personality characteristic show high correlation with parental rearing patterns, psychotisism and neuroticism show remarkable negative correlation with parents'warmth and understanding. While fathers'server punishment, fathers'over interference, fathers'rejection and refusal, mothers'excessive protection and mothers'rejection and refusal show remarkable positive correlation. Exreaversion shows remarkable negative correlation with fathers'server punishment, fathers'rejection and refusal, mothers'rejection and refusal, mothers'server punishment, while positive correlative with parents'warmth and understanding. Combing the above conclusions with the past research, the author analyses the week of parental rearing patters for Yanbian Korean junior middle school students. The author suggests that Korean parents are lack of exchagement with their children, and lack of educational art and lake of necessary educational knowledge and skills.In order to improve parents rearing patterns and personality characteristics. The author give some suggests, such as combining punishment and encouragement, protection and interference more suitable,cultivating democratic consciousness and so on.
