For a part of students, the school is not a pleasant place as they wish. Their dissatisfaction with the school may find expression in violating the school regulation and school discipline, disrespect for their teachers, disregarding the requirements of their teaching, despising the other students with mainstream values and etc. In most cases, educators commonly tend to describe them as "problem students" with no accounts for inner differences. On the contrary, the educators ignore the study of the deep-seated cultural background behind it.In this essay, take vocational school in Qixia as example, I'll try to seek out the particularity of the counter school culture in secondary vocational school students by means of collecting research achievements of counter school culture at home and abroad,with a questionnaire survey and interview research method. The article takes deviant behavior of the so-called "problem students" as key point, summarizing the type of counter school culture in the students by questionnaire survey, the influence of social development and combine with case interview to explore the root of counter school culture in secondary vocational school students from four aspects of society,school, family and individual self. It also discuss a tactic of reducing the phenomenon of counter school culture in three ways:How to establish mainstream values culture by "Social Environment"; How to increase the sense of definite melody of school mainstream culture by "Optimization School Management"; How to improve the cultural quality and the ability of parents to shock counter school culture by "Family Education".In fact, the study of counter school culture helps provide with taking a fresh look at the reason of various kinds of conflicts in educational activities. To probe into the existing diversified stream of Values and behavior characteristics by observing and explaining the appropriate behavior of students. This article aims to provide some beneficial ideas and suggestions for the school culture construction, construction of big to expediting secondary vocational students'socialization.
