The aim of vocational education has promoted unique requirements for the teachers in related schools.Training of "double-type" teachers is the keystone in constructing teaching stuff for vocational schools,which is also the core aspect that not only exhibits the character of vocational education but also improves the teaching quality.With the development of our national economy and the continually increased requirements for vocational education,training of "double-type" teachers has become a problem that intrusion the development of vocational schools and also a chock-point for the improving of quality of vocational education.Based on investigations for the current conditions of "double-type" teaching stuff in secondary vocational schools in south Jiangsu Province,this study explores the problems existed,and after analyzing the reasons,puts out the strategy in solving the problems for the training of "double-type" teachers.The thesis includes the following five parts:â… .Analysis of the relevant concepts of "double-type" teacher:summarize the research solutes for constructing "double-type" teaching stuff in our country and abroad and put forward the value of research and its method.â…¡.Theoretic base for constructing the "double-type" teaching stuff in secondary vocational schools:This study believes that the theoretical base for training "double-type" teachers which pointing the direction of building of the group of teachers includes "theory of teacher specialization,life-long education notion and theory of adult learning"â…¢.International Comparison of constructing of "double-type" teaching stuff:by comparison of the constructing status of "double-type" teaching stuff in our country and abroad,find both advantages and disadvantages that existed in our country and summarize the useful aspects from abroad that can be refereed.â…£.Current status of "double-type" teaching stuff construction in secondary vocational schools in south Jiangsu Province:set up a case study that employing secondary vocational schools in south Jiangsu province,base on the investigations,analyze the problems that exist during construction of "double-type" teaching stuff and the causes.â…¤.Strategies and suggestions for construction of "double-type" teaching stuff in secondary vocational schools.This study finds that the main strategies that can be used in speeding and improving the construction of "double-type" teaching stuff include:a) enhance the connection between policy and practice,nail down the new concept of "double-type" teacher and its criteria for certification; b) enhance the construction of "double-type" teaching stuff inside the schools; c) change the opinion and improve the managing and supervising system for "double-type" teachers.
