At the beginning of the 21st century, with the advancement of educational topology structural adjustment in our country, the boarding schools of rural compulsory education have maintained a rapid development. The students in these schools are not only very young, but also in the critical stage of somatopsychic development, what should we do to manage these students?In the foundation of investigate the current management status of pupils in rural boarding schools in a town of northern Jiangsu province which have been made structural adjustments, combining the present domestic and international situations fully, this paper do the research of how to manage pupils in rural boarding schools in our county which have been made topology structural adjustments. The paper divides into four parts.The first part is the introduction, it describe the research origin and do the summary of the related domestic and international research literature. According to things above, draws out the question which this paper needs to study, and introduce the research mentality and method.The second part introduces the general situation of the topology structural adjustment in elementary and secondary school in our country, as well as the general situation of the development after adjustment. Overview the development of rural boarding school after layout restructured in Shuyang.The third part investigates and analyzes the management problems of boarding school students, in rural areas of Shuyang Jiangsu Province. First, the process of investigation was introduced. Then, combined with research on available information, the need and reasonableness of the existence of boarding schools in rural areas were discussed. Finally, base on investigation, the management problems of boarding primary school students, which have been made structural adjustment, are analyzed. There are four issues detected from the investigation. First the after-school life is monotonous. Second, there are lacks of emotional care from the management. Third, it is difficult to provide sufficient curriculum, which subjects need. Fourth, the students learn in the mechanical repetition. And so on.The fourth part, based on research, analyzes the problem of the management at rural boarding primary schools from the aspect of policy support, the evaluation mechanism, management ideas and teachers. This paper gives five suggestions for how to manage students better in boarding primary school. First, increase boarding school funding. Second, strengthen the life teacher team building. Third, adjust management system. Fourth, carry out a variety of extracurricular activities. Fifth, a relaxed atmosphere of the campus culture. And so on.
