For the past few years, a large number of rural boarding schools have been built in West China with the implementation of rural boarding school construction projects. In2004-2007, the central government arranged10billion Yuan of funds, the focus of support is not yet implemented the "two basics" western rural areas, but the central boarding project funding to the main project funding, supporting facilities of the money, the state hopes local resolved. By the level of local economic development, the availability of funds varies. As a result, rural boarding school was built. Some problem have been spotted in the operation of boarding schools located in remote, poor and minority areas of inferior economic and social development and experience of managing boarding schools. Thus scientific and effective guidance are required. Therefore, there is a strong demand for research on the boarding school in rural area.This paper studies four boarding schools in MinLe town. Survey method, interview method, observation method are employed to conduct comprehensive research on existing status and outstanding problems of the funds in four boarding schools in MinLe Town. The purpose of this paper is set to provide empirical basis and inspire future researches on this area.This paper includes five parts:A. Introduction. This part comprises following parts:1) the reason of this study,2) concepts and definitions of boarding school and school funds,3) results of previous researches,4) purpose, significance of this study, and method employed.B. Income and outcome of four boarding schools in MinLe Town. An analysis in income and outcome of four boarding schools in MinLe Town after layout adjusted. This is an issue analysis of financial management of four boarding schools in MinLe Town based on case study of financial management in last three years.C. The third part is four schools of MinLe Town after layout adjustment of the problems existing in the financial management. Of the four schools in the nearly three years of financial management of all aspects, analysis of these schools at present the problem that financial management job exists.D. Conclusion and recommendation. This part is about conclusion and recommendations draw from analysis conducted.E. Review and reflection. A summarized research conclusion and improvements to be made in this paper.
