With the continuous development of China's new rural construction and promotion,the layout of rural schools are continuously adjusted.The establishment and birth of nine years rural boarding school due to the social and educational development of this trend,is consistent with the education needs and interests of broad rural families.However,how to manage the student in Rural nine year boarding school has become a matter of health,the management and development of this kind of school and the well-being and fully growth of the students.This paper uses the author's X school as the research object,describing the present situation of X school student from four aspects such as the student accommodation management,learning management,safety management,moral education management by observation,interviews,questionnaires and other methods of investigation and research.lt also summarizes the existing problems of X boarding school student management in four aspects.Fist of all,the problem of accommodation management,including the lack of full-time teachers,unscientific management,imperfect regulatory system,lack of coordination,the existence of hidden health problems.Secondly,the problem of learning management,including the teachers' knowledge structure needing to be optimized,the tendency of paying more attention to knowledge than to ability and the tendency of long learning time,heavy task.Thirdly,the problem of safety management,including the lack of long-term mechanism of health check,narrow involvement of safety education,lack of tracking measures;Fourthly,monotonous extracurricular life of the student and not paying enough attention to the mental health and humanistic care of the students.Causes of the above problems are in many aspects.Firstly,the economic conditions of the schools in rural areas is insufficient and the hardware facilities are incomplete;secondly,the rural school education concept is relatively backward and the school managers don't realize the importance of the education of the boarding students management,lacking of correct ideology;thirdly,the superior authorities lack effective guidance and supervision of rural schools boarding students management.On the basis of the above discussion,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the X boarding school student management.First of all,Lay a solid foundation by improving the existing conditions of the school and improving the service.Secondly,grasp the key point,that is perfect school system construction and improve the management level.Thirdly,get the most important point,that is,grasp every link of the school work and improve the safety level.Fourthly,get the center point,optimize of school education activities and improve the quality level.
