The management of boarders in rural boarding schools is one of the important issues in the process of the reform and development of rural basic education in China.It is an educational problem with the adjustment of the layout of rural compulsory education schools and the implementation of "rural boarding school construction project".In recent years,the number of boarding students has increased,especially whether the current situation of young boarding students in safety,learning,ethics,health and other aspects can adapt to boarding education is a prominent problem.Based on this,this paper selects g primary school in Huadian City as the research object.In the research process,mainly relying on the literature method,the relevant research results are integrated and analyzed,which lays a good theoretical foundation for this study.At the same time,relying on the questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the current situation of dormitory management in G primary school in Huadian City,and finds out the existing problems of dormitory management in G primary school in Huadian city.The results show that there are four main problems in the dormitory management of G primary school in Huadian City:first of all,in terms of safety management,the main problems are lack of management personnel,strong sense of burnout,incomplete implementation of dormitory safety management system,potential safety hazards in dormitory infrastructure and failure to establish a sound safety accountability system;in terms of learning management,the main problems are whether to pay attention to The cultivation of students'learning habits,the lack of attention paid by life teachers to students' learning,and the lack of sufficient learning places in schools;the main problems in moral management are whether to strengthen moral management and psychological counseling,the separation of class moral education and dormitory moral education,and the problems in health management,mainly including not paying attention to students' personal hygiene and students' self-care ability Training,the school did not create a perfect infectious disease prevention and control system,dormitory health inspection system is not perfect,the implementation is not thorough.Based on the interview method,this paper finds out the causes of the problems in the dormitory management of G primary school,which are mainly analyzed from three aspects:first,from the school level,it is mainly because of the weakness of the dormitory safety management of G primary school,the lack of safety measures,the lack of work responsibility and consciousness,the deviation of school education ideas,the lag of school moral education,the lack of dormitory culture construction;from the teacher's angle In terms of degree,the main reasons are the weak sense of safety responsibility of life teachers,the low level of cultural quality of life teachers,the "ignorance" and"powerlessness" of life teachers' emotional care for children,the low level of work of life teachers,and the lack of work motivation;in terms of students,the main reasons are:the age characteristics of primary school students,the complex family background of students,and the many psychological problems of students,etc.In view of the existing problems and reasons of dormitory management in G primary school,this paper mainly from the school and teachers two levels,gives the corresponding solutions.From the school level,the first is to strengthen the dormitory safety management,the specific measures are:strengthen the construction of school building safety facilities,strengthen the safety knowledge publicity,improve the dormitory safety management inspection system,establish and implement the safety responsibility Accountability system.The second is to enhance the school's emphasis on dormitory management and strengthen financial investment.Third,create a good learning environment.The fourth is to strengthen the consciousness of moral management and enhance the importance of moral management.The specific measures are:to clarify the scientific concept of moral management,to pay enough attention to moral education,to integrate the resources of moral education,and to create a "three in one" moral management model.The fifth is to elarify the responsibilities and do a good job in the improvement of the health system and the publicity of health knowledge.The specific measures are:strengthen the organization and leadership,implement the post responsibilities,establish and improve the health system,promote the school health work,strengthen the publicity of students' health knowledge,and strengthen students' self-care ability.Sixth,strengthen the construction of life teachers.From the perspective of teachers,the first is to update the concept of life teacher education,enrich students' after-school life,enhance their sense of responsibility,strictly control the concept of safety,strengthen the awareness of moral education,strengthen moral behavior,strengthen the concept of health management,and practice the responsibility of health supervision.It is hoped that the research in this paper can contribute a little to the improvement of the management level of rural boarding primary school dormitories,the safety,health,learning and moral awareness of boarding students,and their ability to take care of themselves.
