After the implementation of curriculum reform, teachers nowadays pay more attention to "individual human" in the teaching process. Teachers need to learn more about the nature of children and design the curriculum in such a way that every single student is treated as a unique and vivid individual. Students'lives are integrity, liberty, transcendence and unique. Life teaching must respect the unique of life, highlight the spirit of everyone, listen to the wisdom of life and enjoy the beauty of life. Teachers should give respect to lives and follow the nature of children in their physical and mental development. Uniqueness of the individuals should be respected and freedom of thinking alone for the children should never be restricted. They should be given enough time and space to design their own colorful life. Meanwhile, teachers should also understand life and take care of the children. Teachers should treat each child as a unique individual, recognize and respect their differences in characteristics and research on their basic needs for development so that to create a friendly and open environment for children to grow and interact. This would make teaching and education a true process that helps students to develop healthily under the guidance of teachers.Look back to class assessments in vision of teaching, we can deeply feel that current Chinese teaching of primary school still exists many drawbacks:narrowed and negative assessment, which means teachers may totally ignore the vivid life forms of students, or ruthlessly ignore the conversation value out of presupposed teaching; always give positive assessment indulgently, in the other hand, all the conversation oriented to text book teaching have been exaggerated and given unprincipled affirmative, even ignored. All the viewpoints out of text book have been denied without making any allowance; regardless of difference among students and the possibility of students'development, or assessment language is mechanical and simple, emotionless, low-level and temporary; worst of all, lacking of encouraging words which can raise the profound studying and thinking of students.This subject study grounds on the field of Chinese teaching in primary school, especially for the research of classroom teaching assessment. Under the premise of promoting students' development, teachers can start with students, who are all fresh livings, respect the individual difference, and focus on the personal subjectivity. Giving respect to guiding and encouraging of assessment in learning procedures will do good to advance the value of life connotation in teaching assessment. Based on expansibility, nature, process-orient and difference, teachers must integrate assessment and guidance, and grasp the direction, so as to implement the assessment work effectively. What's more, in order to solve the questions of teaching assessment, teachers should explore the aspects of evaluation details, patterns and language, and find effective strategies to solve them.Classroom assessment possesses the distinctive resources to boost the growth of children. Absolutely, it is indispensable. As for this, teachers should face lives squarely, research classes deeply, and promote growth rapidly. Letting every student heartily enjoy the beauty of life, as well as the happiness of growth in classroom teaching assessment, is the teachers' greatest honor.
