| The society in the 21st century is a society with fierce competition,and it is also a society of cooperation.Cooperation can be seen everywhere from the cooperation between individuals and groups to the cooperation between countries.Therefore,the significance of cooperation is significant.Education cannot exist without the development of society.The current background of The Times determines to some extent that school education must cultivate children’s sense of cooperation and ability of cooperation.As the primary education in the basic education stage,it is of fundamental significance for the future study,life and work of primary school students to attach importance to the cultivation of their sense of cooperation.Cooperative awareness refers to the willingness and tendency of individuals to cooperate with others in order to achieve common interests and goals based on their own cooperative cognition.The strong or weak sense of cooperation can affect whether an individual takes cooperative behavior under the situation that requires cooperation,and can affect the efficiency and quality of cooperation.In this study,the author divided the students’sense of cooperation into:sense of goal,sense of participation,sense of collective,sense of responsibility and sense of negotiation In elementary school,class is one of the main places of students learning,life,class life and cultivate pupils a sense of cooperation are closely linked,with classes for the cultivation of the students cooperation consciousness of life for a long time and stable life space and time,class life multi-level relationships affect pupils cooperation consciousness training,class life creation with primary school students cooperation consciousness training must be in the course of practice.Therefore,class life is an important place to cultivate pupils’ sense of cooperation,which provides favorable conditions for the cultivation of pupils’ sense of cooperation.In addition,in the part of practical investigation,this study mainly adopts the self-compiled questionnaire on the development status of cooperative consciousness of primary and middle school students in class life and combines the classroom observation method to investigate and study the cooperative consciousness of 239 primary and middle school students in xi’an and Qingdao.It is found that in the current primary education,there are some problems hindering the development of pupils’ sense of cooperation,such as the lack of fraternity in interpersonal communication.Over-competitive class atmosphere hinders cooperation;There are many problems in cooperative learning.Activities are less developed and participation opportunities are not equal.Finally,this study proposes strategies to cultivate students’ sense of cooperation from three dimensions of class spiritual and cultural life,class learning life and class activity life.In the dimension of class cultural life,the specific strategies include:emphasizing and strengthening the management of friendly relations;The construction is based on the justice class system,constructs the fair class atmosphere;Form class community,cultivate collective consciousness.In the learning life dimension of the class,the specific strategies include:optimizing cooperative learning;Guide students to form a mutual learning relationship.In the life dimension of class activities,the specific strategies include:creating student associations and carrying out various class activities;Innovate thematic activities and give full play to students’subject consciousness;Formulate activity rules to realize students’substantial participation;Teachers dare to let go and realize students’ active participation. |
