Inter-subjectivity ideological education development of the paper is to open a new ideas,research education thoughts of Confucian thoughts, inter-subjectivity to absorb them positivecomposition, the universities' ideological and political education of the theory of constructionand the development of practice is of significance.Inter-subjectivity thought mainly comes from husserl's phenomenology, habermas theory ofintercourse, Martin cloth "dialogue philosophy and gadamar's hermeneutics, it contains a subjectand subjectivity and inter-subjective three basic connotation with other teacher-studentrelationship, and obviously different and distinct characteristics.Confucian education thoughts from the pre-qin dynasty to the qing dynasty in China, almostthroughout all contain many valuable ideas and theories, we should carry on the inheritanceinnovation. Confucian education views of teachers and students in personality equality relations,in the teaching the leading relationship, in order to achieve the goal. For teacher-and-studentsConfucian education thoughts to teacher's professional quality, learning quality, educationmethod, puts forward the requirements on student learning attitude and study method also putsforward the requirements.Secondly, students will arouse and strengthen the learning motivation, the first to changereform learning idea, set up the student main body consciousness; The second to strengthen thelearning process, strengthen self-regulation, Article must be clear about the learning objectives,master correct study method. Finally, through positive interaction of teachers and students topromote each other to realize common development.
