Research On Teaching Management Processing Reengineering Of JS College

Teaching is always the center in universities. In recent years, with the scale-up and diversification of the education, it is more and more complicated for the teaching management process. As an important component of higher education, the disadvantages of the present system have disappeared: the decline of student source quality and the shortage of education resources in higher vocational education. Those all show: the situation can not fit for the requirement any more, which calls for the improvement of the teaching method in order to upgrade the teaching management level and promote the teaching quality and student cultivation. Business Process Reengineering is a method, described as the fundamental reconsideration and the radical redesign of organizational processes, in order to achieve drastic improvement of current performance. The essay is based on the BPR theory; it discusses how to apply in the teaching process redesign, the background of which is the Teaching Management in higher vocational education. First of all, the essay introduces the background, arms, signification and the main content of the research .The background, definition, meaning and basic principles of BPR are introduced as well. Secondly, through the analysis of universities in China, the author got the key point and gist of the BPR according to the current situation. Then it analyzes the current status and external environment of higher vocational colleges teaching management. Based on this it finds a process reengineering and recycled content in the starting point applied to Teaching and Managing. It constructs a theoretical system of higher vocational colleges teaching management, describes the principles and elements of construction of teaching management system in detail and introduces the seven evaluation indexes. The essay explains the main problems of the management process, and uses BPR to analysis the problems in JS College management processing. This problem includes: great dispersion, lack of horizontal communication, great closure to the management process and great shortage of information technology use. Also, the teaching management processing reengineering of JS College is optimized from two aspects of organization structure and process.
