Study In Organization Constructionof Higher Vocational Colleges Students

Higher vocational education is an important part of high education and vocational education. It shoulders the important mission and irreplaceable role of education and manpower resource in the process of the great powers. Higher vocational colleges must constantly strengthen management, deepen reform, promote cooperation, realize the great-leap-forward development of society, to meet the needs of skilled talents quality, to achieve the comprehensive construction affluent society's goal contribution. Student organization as an important form of higher vocational colleges, the construction work for the development of vocational colleges have very important significance.Higher vocational college students ,which between school and students, is the important link to improve students' self service and self management. Education is an important carrier of the ability of the educational work in school education ,which plays a guiding, communication, talent cultivation and other important function for college students in higher vocational colleges.The ideological and political education and the construction of campus culture plays an important role.This paper includes introduction, students in higher vocational colleges and vocational colleges student organization function, the construction situation, higher vocational colleges student organization construction and improvement of XX college youth volunteer association of five parts, construction practice by questionnaire, interview collection of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges students' views and opinions of the organization construction, organization construction on the current students, including: system management, institutional setup, team training, hardware support, and building team culture. It analyzes the four factors causing problems in vocational colleges in student organizations through society, schools, teachers and students, and made to the system construction, platform construction, cultural construction and the four aspects of team building to improve the construction of vocational college students organize ideas.
