| With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in recent years, the number of students is constantly growing, and the difficulty of student management is increasing at the same time. The Student counselors are the important parts of student management team, they are responsible for making good ideological and political education and the daily management for the students. And they are the main battlefield commander on the grassroots level. With the situation and the development of the colleges, more and more attentions are paid on how to strengthen team building, train and establish a professional team of vocational counselors.The idea of the research and article were focus on "the organization and management of the vocational counselors".
