The Career Planning Research Based On The Students' Self-perception Of The Higher Vocational Colleges

With the popularization of higher education been accelerated, the college expansion plan, every year millions of college graduates finish school. Their employment difficult problem is becoming more and more serious. As an important part of college students.The employment problem of the students in higher vocational colleges is in relation to the whole society's steady and human resource allocation. These students have low starting point, poor basic knowledge.It makes them face more outstanding employment pressure. So it is imperative to explore a suitable road for higher vocational college students'career planning.This paper is a career planning research based on the self-perception of higher vocational colleges. In view of the present situation, I extracted different students of different genders of three grades from two higher vocational colleges as sample, implementing questionnaire and interview. The results showed that: career planning situation of students is unsatisfactory. The scores of different sexes and different birthplaces students are significant. Self-perception has significant influence on the career planning for students.In view of this, this paper put forward to promote self-perception ability from two angles, cross-sectional and longitudinal. Also the paper proposed countermeasure and suggestion on the further work of students'career planning. including: to value the psychological health education for escorting career planning activities; points grade training,establish career planning files; Establish specialized career planning consultancy; Strengthen professional skill training and social practice to Culture technology excellent talents; we should encourage students to entrepreneurship, let the student grow in the entrepreneurial .Making full use of the school-enterprise cooperation platform to promote students' career planning development. These suggestions are practical and feasible for enhancing students' self-perception ability and it is also practical to the development of college careers guidance.
