The problems of students are mainly include lack of self-awareness, lower psychological quality, lack of social experience, weaken career awareness and optimistic blindly, etc. The problems of colleges are difficult to change professional, lake of relevant courses, single form, one-way guidance and so on. According to the problems, try to analyze the cause reasons from students, the school, the family and social reasons. In vocational career planning countermeasures study, first clear the goals of vocational career planning.
