On Present Career Planning Situation And It's Countermeasures Of Vocational College Students

With the rapid development of social economy and the publicity of higher education, the number of vocational and specialized college students increases sharply. They are not only account for the majority of college students, but also become an important strength of the social labor force. The problem of employment is getting worse and worse accordingly. Therefore, it's significant and realistic meaning to research on the career planning of vocational college students. Comparing with the undergraduate and the graduates, vocational college students have the relatively prominent advantages in skills as a special group, but they are faced with threatens and pressures from them at the same time. The aim of this paper is to solve the problem of employment of vocational college graduates and the learning anxiety of school students. It is also benefit to change the hard situation of employment and the cultivating pattern of "pay more attention to skill than to knowledge" which exists commonly in vocational colleges, improve their characteristic and level of running school and progress the efficiency of the employments guiding.The paper is an investigation on the vocational college students'career planning whose main purpose is to search the proper way to plan career and apply the scientific development concept correctly to lead the students to make career plan. It targets vocational college students as the main research object, analyzing the features and present situation of vocational students career in the approach of literature reviewing, internet consulting, data enquiring etc., Which make the research more relevant and practical. According to the analysis of the employment difficulty in recent years, the drawbacks of the present career plan and all kinds of influencing factors as well as the general discussion of related career plan theories, it tables some mending methods, measures and basic steps of career plan which have theoretic and practical help in counseling them to hunt for a job and improving their overall quality.Career plan education is a systemic project that a student has the whole school education process which can not be finished alone by an institution or department. It involves teaching, students management and service organizations for students in and out of school.While strengthening teaching and professional skills training, the school should strengthen the vocational colleges students career education and build up a scientific evaluation system to expand the channels of employment. Although the career planning education is in its infancy to vocational colleges, it's far-reaching. The paper is limited to the preliminary investigation and analysis of the present situation. The theoretical research should be studied further more; the measures are not mature enough; which are needed to perfect gradually and struggle continuously in the future.
