Objective:To learn the status of career planning and influencing factors(Including personal attitudes,social support, demographic variables such factors as school),study vocational training for collegeon career planning.Xinghualing from Taiyuan, Shanxi Province in 2010 graduated 410 studentsrandomly selected for the survey, using completely random sampling method, involvingpsychological, computer, history, chemistry, cultural, science dozen professional. Selected from avoluntary survey of vocational training, to meet the requirements to be tested 36 as the experimentalgroup, while 36 students chose the homologous controls (gender, age, profession the same) as thecontrol group.Methods:This study uses "Reverse Business Assessment Scale" "Career Maturity Questionnaire","Occupational Self-Efficacy Questionnaire," "social support questionnaire", "career choicequestionnaire" to 410 college students conducted a questionnaire survey of the career planning andits influence factors ; then select which met the inclusion criteria of 36 students as the experimentalgroup, the experimental group for 4 weeks of vocational training, each 1.5 hours, the control groupdid not take any action, a "career maturity questionnaire Scale" In vocational training, vocationaltraining and vocational training after the end of 3 months to measure the use of statistical methodssuch as repeated measures analysis of results; After the training, use of "self subjectivequestionnaire" on the experimental and control groups were examined, secondary inspection trainingeffects.Result:Questionnaire for the survey instrument, obtained as follows:1,Made for their own short-term career planning is only 53.37% of university students haveparticipated in vocational training, the total number of desired data, 81.94 %effective, made a longtermcareer planning, only 19 people, 10.51% of the students have not heard or do not know what iscareer planning. 2, some women are entering traditionally male dominated industry, arts students tend to choosemore traditional female occupations and gender ambiguous employment, social support, impact oncareer choices to career self-efficacy intermediary.Experimental results of vocational training intervention:Post-test and delayed intervention, after some observation index measured analysis of varianceand repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance results were as follows:After the intervention the experimental group and control group against the operators of alllevels and social support in the community to support the use of statistically significant differencesin degree.ConclusionConclusion:1, Career planning is not perfect is present in the study of this important professional problems.2, Vocational training intervention is a majority of students can be accepted and effectiveintervention. Through vocational training intervention can promote the students career planning.
