Instructors, being the backbone of university students' ideological and politicaleducation work,shoulder the task of cultivating successors and builders of the cause ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics ,accepting more and more attention by allcircles of society.In 2004,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Chinaand the State Council issued a"on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideologicaland Political Education of University Students", explicitly offered to taking strongmeasures to build high level university instructor team, for this sign, the constructionof university instructor team has entered a new stage. However, with the constantchanges of international and domestic situations and the unceasing transformation ofhigh education career, the construction of university instructor team encounters withmany challenges and difficulties: instructor team is unstable,and lack professionalquality for week work ability, structure of team organization is not reasonable, jobduties are not clear, some instructors are engaged in student affairs but collegestudents' ideological and political education work is far from enough. Therefore, tostrengthen the construction of instructor team and to change the present situation isimminent. This paper bases on a learning-style organization, discusses strentheninginstructor team construction aiming to make it specialized and professional.Based on comprehensive research materials at home and abroad, and analysis ofrelevant concepts such as college instructor, learning-style organization, collegelearning-style instructor team, we further clarify the characteristics and constructioncontent of the learning-style instructor team, and from background ,construction ofMarxist learning-style Party, the college students'ideological and political educationand self-construction of college instructors we present the necessity of learning-styleinstructor team construction. We conduct a survey in several universities in Tianjin ontheir construction of instructor team, conclude main problems and make analysis ofthe reasons to make relevant , targeted and operable measures. According to the aboveelabration and analysis we present specific measures,which will have greatsignificance on improving instructors working ability and quality as well asconstructing a university instructor team.
