Research On The Integrated Construction Of University Spirit From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance Theory

The school spirit of colleges and universities is a significant part of the campus culture of colleges and universities.It embodies the values and overall spiritual outlook of colleges and universities.It has a momentous and subtle guiding role for the teaching,scientific research,management of colleges and universities,as well as the thoughts and behaviors of college students.The integrated construction of university school spirit is the systematic construction of management style,teaching style and study style construction as an organic whole,so that the three parties can cooperate and promote each other,so as to form a favourable school spirit and realize the fundamental goal of establishing morality.This is of great significance for promoting the reform and development of universities and improve the quality of talent training.This research is guided by the theory of collaborative governance,using two methods,including interview survey method and literature research method,and discusses the related issues of the integrated construction of university school spirit in four parts.Firstly,the integrated construction of school spirit is a systematic project.It is necessary to coordinate and unify the construction of management style,the construction of teaching style and the construction of academic style,so that they can coordinate with each other,and jointly commit to the fundamental task of establishing morality in universities.The collaborative governance theory advocates multiple subjects,process coordination,and consistent goals,which are in line with the requirements of the integrated construction of university style.Secondly,management,teaching,and academic style construction are the main contents of the integrated construction of university style.All three are both interconnected and distinguished from each other.The integrated construction of university school spirit is to make the management style construction,teaching style construction and academic style construction coordinate with each other,insisting on achieving the same target,establishing a Multi-Agent Cooperation system,and clarifying responsibilities,so as to form a harmonious and healthy school spirit in the university.What's more,the research analyzes the specific problems of the current integration of the school,and conducts an in-depth study of the reasons behind the problems by combining the results of interviews and investigations and the actual construction of the current school spirit in universities in regard to existing literature results and the current situation of the integration of the universities.Finally,it is countermeasures under the guidance of the theory of collaborative governance.Effective countermeasures for the integrated construction of the university style in the new era are put forward from the four perspectives of concept,responsibility,system and mechanism construction.The integrated construction of university school spirit should focus on collaboration and people-oriented,by rationally dividing the work responsibilities of each participating subject,formulating scientific system regulations,and building a complete communication and coordination mechanism,so that the construction of management style,the construction of teaching style and the construction of academic style can be coordinated Advancing side by side and developing in an integrated manner,so as to create a harmonious and healthy campus atmosphere in colleges and universities.
