| Firstly, aimed at the problems in the China University Sports Competition which lead to unfairness, the background and significance of this research are formulated in this paper, based on the review of the researches on the University Sports Competition in civil and abroad, some high level sports teams are determined as the study objects, study methods such as expert surveys, questionnaires and structural modeling etc. are used trying to solve the issues. Secondly, a series of basic concepts for example system, organization structure, mechanism, fairness, the sports competitions, the University Sports Competition and its classification formulated and distinguished. Thirdly, the university sports competition mechanism is defined as a set including roles, events and relationships, in which roles execute the events based on the relationships. A structural modeling on university sports competitions is established and the meaning of fairness of university sports competitions is also formulated in this paper. The fairness of the mechanism of the university sports competitions is defined as the degree of actual the mechanism and its elements to meet standard of the requirement of university sports competitions system. The fairness of the mechanism of university sports competitions consists of fair qualified roles, fair events and the fair relationships. Finally, statistical analysis of the questionnaire is finished, and the problems in university sports competitions are summarized, optimization and improvements are made in this paper. |
