China’s education market, privatization is the trend. The current rapid development of China’s private education from the overall situation, and also incompatible with the needs of society. Encourage and support private education, to promote the development of private education as soon as possible to form a pattern of government school, and community to participate in the common development of the public schools and private schools, is an important way to accelerate educational reform and development.FT enterprise private high school founded in April1996, the Board of Education approved by the Shenyang, a business investment, public office to help the implementation of market-oriented, entrepreneurial management experimental high school. Although the the FT private high school has made certain achievements, but the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market, is facing a lot of pressure and challenges. Based on this, the the FT private high operational management in the fierce competition in the market to obtain a competitive advantage is bound to implement the strategy of competitive differentiation. Therefore, the case study method, and how to implement differentiation strategy FT private high research in order to solve the existing problems in the development, and to develop appropriate countermeasures, and ultimately through the case study of long plagued our enterprise to run a business management health development experience can learn.
