A Study On College Students' Entrepreneurship Education From The Perspective Of Employment

Nowadays, China higher education has already entered popular stage . With the increase of the number of the college students, the problem of employment has already given a serious impact on our society (social stability, unity, sustainable economic and social development), so the topic of employment should be our focus of concern.There are many reasons can explain the problem of employment, such as the problem of economics and society transition, industrial structure adjustment, the problem of major setting, rigid college enrollment system and the quality of higher education. In order to solve the employment problem, we can do something to adjust the economy structure and principle of setting college majors. However, I think the most effective measure is to encourage college students to start their own businesses. This is the fundamental measure to solve the problem of employment, because if college students have their own business, they can also give a chance for other students.Starting our own business is not a easy thing. We should get some qualities and abilities, such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial knowledge structure, individual psychological qualities. In the traditional higher education system, it is very difficult to get these qualities and abilities. So it is very necessary to take advantage of new method. I think entrepreneurship education at university is the best choice.In China, Entrepreneurship education has already been implemented in some universities, but there are some problems in the course of implementation. In order to solve these problems, we must reform the higher education system to improve the ability of college students.There are five parts in this article. The first chapter is an introduction, in this part, I summarized the domestic and international research about entrepreneurship education, this study shows the contents, methods and routes of entrepreneurship education .The second chapter is the analysis of the root reason of employment problem. The third chapter is the explanation of the necessity of enterprise education, contents. In chapter 4, I researched the situation of entrepreneurship education in some of Shanghai universities to find out the problems of entrepreneurship education in our country. In the last part, I put forward some advices to promote enterprise education, such as setting a clear goal of entrepreneurship education, a reasonable entrepreneurship education and training system and establishing a organization of entrepreneurship education and so on.
