The employment situation of college students and now has become more and morecomplex. Graduates have an impact not only on their personal development, as well asthe College’s educational, and even to social harmony and stability are also a veryinvolved. In one respect, University graduates lack jobs or unable to sound employment,thus leading to insufficient revenue, adding to the burden on their families. Other handwill result in deviation of college students ’ awareness of their own values and valueappreciation for college students in the community did not really materialize.
