| On May 20, 2006, the west moving festival of Xinjiang xibo nationality was selected into the list of first batch national intangible cultural heritage. This paper takes xinjiang xibo festival sports as the research content, aims to understand the present situation of Xinjiang xibo nationality festival sports and protect it and further develop the national excellent traditional culture. Providing reference and help to broadcast the whole xinjiang ethnic's festival sports by drawing upon the experience gained on key points.This paper mainly utilized fieldwork method and questionnaire to do research, the material comes mainly from on-site research of Anbatie, Wuzhuniulu, Nadanmangkai and Yila village in Anxinsheli town, ChaBuZhaEr xibo nationality autonomous county. The results show:First, Xibo nationality has a long history, people lived mainly in Yili area and west moved to Xinjiang for more than 200 years. In there, they not only set up their beautiful and rich homes, but aslo develop the festival sports until today. Each festival has its story or legend, namely the xibo nationality festival sports has a profound historical origin.Second, Xinjiang xibo nationality has 41 different kinds of festivals sports projects, including basketball, an intruduced modern sports element. What's more, 67.7% of the surveyed are satisfied with facilities. Therefore, in that day, people enjoy themselves wearing splendid attires. In order to let this culture forever, scholars grind out many literatures about it, but the literature about festival sports is very few.Third, Xinjiang xibo nationality festival sports is periodically held according to the lunar. It has the characteristics of seasonal and experiential. The high moral standard of Xinjiang xibo nationalities expand the function of festival sports. Xinjiang xibo nationality festival sports has sound organizations and competition rules also can be decided according to it's scale, but there are aslo some restrictive conditions. The simplification of organization form, lack of propaganda and ageing of publicity approaches obstruct the development and interaction between Xinjiang xibo nationality festival sports and external.Fourth, adovating heroes and proposing national spirit play an important role in building spirit value orientation of Xinjiang xibo nationalities. Pay attention to participate, strong community feels, think highly of games and entertainment and despise personal utility is a kind of cultural sharing integrating admire and entertainment.Fifth, potential advantages of Xinjiang xibo nationality festival sports embodied in strong mass characteristic, easily acceptance, strong affinity and attraction, economic practicability and satisfied facilities. Meanwhile, there are aslo some restricting factors: unfixed participant, lack of social support, traditional project disfavor and change of recreational needs.Sixth, the government involved in the protection and inheritance of Xinjiang xibo nationality festivals sports. Protect consciousness of people is strengthened, and a series of protecting measures are adopted during the process of protection and inheritance, to keep it's sustainable development.Seventh, it is necessary to widely publicize; The government or folk should strengthen protection, sound Xinjiang xibo festival sports organization and perfect the social support network. Introduce modern sports elements and enrich programs of Xinjiang xibo festival sports. Make Xinjiang xibo nationality festivals sports brand and comprehensive develop it. |
