With the promotion of minority primary and secondary school "bilingual" teachers training project in Xingjiang, bilingual teachers training has a higher requirement. Because of the influence of politics, economics and geographic environment in xinjiang, Xingjiang minority "bilingual"teachers training project will have a long way to go. The bilingual teachers are the key factors that limit xinjiang bilingual teaching. Establishing a higher quality bilingual teachers team can improve the level of bilingual teachers teaching, and it can improve the quality of the bilingual teaching in Xingjiang. Since the implementation of xinjiang minority primary and secondary school "bilingual" teachers training project in 2004, bilingual teachers training has changed with the development of training project ,such as training objectives, training forms, the training contents, training evaluations and etc. And at present what problems does xinjiang "bilingual" teachers training exist and how to solve these problems is very important to the improvement of bilingual teachers training . Therefore, this paper chooses Xingjiang minority primary and secondary school bilingual teachers as research object, mainly using analysis of documents , questionnaire and classroom observation and interview methods to learn what problems are existing in current training, and put forward reasonable suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts:First for preface part, mainly discusses the social backgrounds, the present researches, the purposes of the research and its significances, concept definitions, and the main research methods.The second part is about the developments and achievements of Xingjiang minority primary and secondary school bilingual teachers, including: the development of the policy, the training goals, training objects, training forms, the training contents, training appraisals and the achievements of training project.The third part is concerned about the investigations and analysis es of Xingjiang minority bilingual teachers training condition . Mainly analyze the selection of the bilingual teachers training objects , training system setting, training contents, training evaluations and training modes and find out the problems and reasons .The fourth part aim at putting forward thoughts and suggestions. Mainly conclude: training objects, training forms, training contents, training evaluations and training modes and etc. Building these suggestions and methods aims to improve the efficiency of xinjiang majority bilingual teachers training and strengthen its effects.
