In this article I mainly take the mathematical analysis and other methods to analyze supply of sports facilities in the construction, operation and financing of the current situation, problems and the supply of sports facilities as a public and moral theory.(1) By construction and operation of public sports venues market, to join the private sector, it can effectively solve the problem of government funding, reducing government pressure, increasing the supply of sports facilities. Government departments can help private enterprises with solving problems, which constructing operation of the decision-making on incomplete information and related policies. Reducing the risk of private sector participation in construction and operation of sports facilities. It can be a good solution to sports venue construction and operation of all these problems.(2) Sports facilities as a quasi-public goods supply should ensure that the public welfare.
