Construction Of Sports Facilities In Kunming, Environmental Analysis And Investment Risk Management Study

Kunming is the capital city of Yunnan province and it is a famous city with long history and prosperous civilization and now tourism and business are two major industries. Kunming, constituted by 5 districts, one city and 8 counties, covers 21111 square kilometers, with a population of 4,880,000. With the rapid development of economics in the twenty first century, the sports industry is expanding fast as well. As a rising industry, it has been a powerful engine for the local economics. The sports industry has a great potential and a bright future under the circumstances that the economics is developing steadily, the structure of economics is optimizing and upgrading and people's living standard is increasing. As people in Kunming city are enthusiastic about all kinds of sports, the problems such as lack gymnasium, dated instrument and monotone function emerge, so it is necessary and important to build and rebuild the gymnasium and instrument. However, because of the historical reason, the investment of the public sports facility is mainly conducted by the government, and the risk control is ignored. Therefore, the study in such field is almost zero. The construction of sports facility cannot leave the context of the perfection of the its developing environment, so if the developing environment is overlooked and investment is conducted aimlessly, it will be a huge waste for the national treasure. This article develops some primary study about those problems above.First, the background and significance of the study are discussed, further, the method of study, the content and the innovation.In the second chapter the status quo of sports facilities in Kunming is introduced and the developing futures and the problem on constructing are analyzed.The third chapter, the imminency and environment of the construction of the sports utilities are analyzed. First is the forecasting of the effect of the program, and then the detailed analysis of the need for the sports utilities in Kunming is conducted, using the demand forecasting method,pointing out the imminency to build and rebuild some gymnasiums. As for the fact that the construction of sports utilities and the ambience can affect each other, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and problem tree- target tree and uncertainty analysis and other methods are adopted to study the environment of construction of the sport utilities and the further strategic direction is chosen.In the fourth chapter, the economic evaluation study of the program is present. Combined with the basic features of the construction of the sports utilities program, using the method of value of capital and cost-benefit method, the programs are compared and evaluated and the proposed project is present.In the fifth chapter, the investment risk of the program is analyzed systematically. By recognizing the risky factors which can affect the governmental investment, and using arrangement analysis to evaluate the possibilities of all the risks and their impact on the program, we propose the countermeasures to avoid the risk, thus reduce the risky loss.。In the sixth chapter, the investment risk control of the program is discussed. First we state the meaning and significance of the investment risk management and then the countermeasure to the investment risk control, finally, we make some points and advice about how to establish the system of the investment risk control.
