Study On The Sharing Mode Of New Rural Community And School Sports Facilities

Since the popularization of the National Fitness Program in China,the people have paid more and more attention to the impact of “health” on themselves,and rural areas,as one of the main gathering places in China,have an important position in China's national health strategy.School sports and community sports are important links in China's sports industry and have important significance.Qingdao is an eastern coastal city in China.It has an important position in China in terms of economy and education.At present,Qingdao New Rural Community Sports and School Sports have achieved good results in the process of development,but in the process of development.There are still some problems affecting the development of school sports and community sports: community sports facilities resources do not meet the people's sports health needs,rural schools and communities have a shortage of sports facilities,insufficient space,and the inheritance and development of folk sports.Wait.In order to solve the above problems,the research on the sharing mode of new rural communities and school sports facilities in Qingdao is carried out.This paper takes Qingdao New Rural Community and School Sports Facilities Sharing Model as the research object,and uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method.The following problems exist in the research questions: First,the status quo of sports facilities and community sports facilities in rural schools in Qingdao.Second,the resource allocation,facility utilization rate,facility improvement level,and the shared status between schools and communities in the new rural communities and school sports facilities in Qingdao.Third,factors affecting the sharing of rural schools and community sports facilities in Qingdao.Fourth,find out the facilities and complementarities that are lacking in the actual situation of sports and community sports facilities in rural schools in Qingdao,and analyze the types and projects of sports facilities that students and residents tend to.The fifth is to build a new rural community and school sports facilities sharing model in Qingdao.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)In the eight rural schools and communities surveyed,there are problems such as imperfect sports facilities,low utilization rate,and idle space.The connection between the school and the community is only at the initial stage of sharing.The connection,there is no systematic "sharing",the imperfect facilities resources restrict the development of schoolsports and community sports.(2)There are obvious differences in the sports facilities between the new rural communities and schools in Qingdao.The schools and communities have the characteristics of “complementarity”in the use time and facilities of the site facilities.(3)The main factors affecting the sharing of new rural communities and school sports facilities in Qingdao include: the restriction of the administrative management system,the lack of security for residents and students,the impact of national policies,and funding issues.(4)Constructing a“dual synergy”model for the new rural areas of Qingdao.Taking the school and the community as the management leaders,and the school as the shared subject,Qingdao's new rural “dual synergy” model is discussed from the aspects of organization management,resource integration,feedback regulation,and fund guarantee.Aspects have been built to address the use of facilities.It provides a feasible reference for solving the problems that arise in the development of new rural communities and school sports in Qingdao.It is pointed out that the implementation of the new rural community and school sports sharing model in Qingdao requires the support of the state and government agencies.It is necessary to solve the problem of insufficient sports facilities,low utilization rate,inheritance and development of traditional sports,and government departments need to introduce corresponding laws.Regulations and policy provisions.Schools and community managers need to change their mindsets,improve their understanding of sports resources sharing,and focus on cultivating professional talents.In addition,the safety and health issue is an important part of the implementation of the facility sharing model.In the implementation process,government departments should take the lead and jointly establish multi-level departments to establish corresponding safety and health protection mechanisms to provide students with safety guarantees.Qingdao community and school sports should combine the “ marine culture ” and “ traditional sports ” in the region to implement multi-faceted “sharing”.
