In the past ten years, the Information Technology has been developing by a high speed since it becomes a major subject, how ever, in the teaching aspect, there are also many problems as the following:I find out the widespread problems in the Information Technology teaching process by analyzing the documents the four basic elements of teaching system. On the teachers'hand, they have low special level. There are many differences in Information Technology knowledge operation and their short teaching knowledge and poor skills. And on the students'hand, some take missing interests, some have the different Information Technology knowledge and skill level among them; some have the poor cooperative capability. Another aspect is on the teaching material, at present, there are different kinds of Information Technology text books, but most of them have low level, the text books they choose can't fit the different situation, as for area difference, school difference, student difference and uneasy operation of the text books, and so on. And the forth aspect is on the media computers are a kind of necessary equipment ,but many schools ,are short of them or have backward computers.Considering the above, my essay tries to explore a way to take the Team Teaching form into junior middle school's Information Technology teaching. In order to promote the teachers and students capability, advance the rational function of the textbooks and the teaching media. And as a result, it can improve the teaching quality. The basic theory of the study includes Instructional System Design, Synergetics, Group Dynamics and Constructivism.First, I sum up the current situation of the Team Teaching in inland and abroad by Documentary Analysis Method, define the conception definitely, differentiate and analyses the confusing conception difference from Team Teaching, conclude and make up the Team Teaching types and features. Then I study the Team Teaching proceeding specifically, and carry out a particular and easy teaching proceeding of Team Teaching. Depending on the Team Teaching proceeding designed in this article, I practiced it. I got the result, by analyzing the teacher interview notes and the student interview notes, by analyzing the test papers. The result indicated that Team Teaching can enrich the teachers'Information Technology knowledge, improve their operation skills, it can also make students take more interest in Information Technology learning, correct the direction of the interest, in a further way, it can make the teachers pay more attention to the differences of students and improve their cooperation capability. Team Teaching can make the textbooks and teaching media rational use. Team Teaching can make Information Technology teaching quality a higher level.The importance of the study is that, on a microcosmic view, it will make the Information Technology Team Teaching in our school improved from the spontaneous stage to the efficient and normative stage, and make it go forward and develop quickly. Then on a macroscopic view, it can give us examples of case for Team Teaching in junior middle school, widen the ways for Information Technology teachers in their development, and it is also helpful for improve the efficiency of IT classes, it is beneficial for textbook redevelopment and rational use, and it is good for rationally using the limited Information Technology teaching media as well, any more, it can offer the examples of teaching case for any other subject.
