Because of the restraint of various conditions, the accumulation of practical knowledge exist many difficulties. Now, although using information technology platform accumulates practical knowledge is none, the literature mentions that the accumulation of practical knowledge needs to record, exchange, share, and learn from each other. The paper proposes web-based platform management system for the accumulation of practical knowledge of teaching models, and tries to make the model implementation mechanisms and means. It combines with information technology knowledge in the management of the role of teaching practice and from the accumulation of practical knowledge.This paper argues that the accumulation of practical knowledge including construction of personal experience, such as personal knowledge, personal experience, theoretical knowledge, dialogue and interaction in the team during the practice of sharing their acquired knowledge, and finally truly reflect the accumulation of such knowledge.In order to better achieve the accumulation of practical knowledge, we develop of knowledge management systems specially. It is the basis of personal knowledge management, the ultimate purpose of the accumulation of team practical knowledge. Personal practical knowledge management mainly achieve through the "blog" module and "personal planning" module. the management module of team practical knowledge achieve through the "lesson planning units" modules, "Case-based video analysis room discipline" modules and "Academic Team" module. The accumulation of practical knowledge is ultimately gathered to Meta resources module.In order to better use the management platform, combined with the usual accumulation of practical knowledge to the platform, this paper describes the platform used in conjunction with the application of practical knowledge models, including the application of school quality to create lesson plans model, teaching cases based on video analysis application mode, the application of disciplinary team model. This paper describes the practical application of some specific cases and use case studies, interviews, follow-up survey and other methods, confirms the web-based platform for knowledge accumulation of knowledge of teaching practice with a good role in promoting the accumulation of the same time, the subject building is also a very effective way.Based on this foundation, we proposed mechanism for accumulating practical knowledge. Teachers must acquire knowledge in their daily teaching, and then produce consciousness and point. In the information technology environment in order to describe and present personal views in the form of statements, the use of evaluation and dialogue process knowledge of practical knowledge, in their reconstruction of the accumulation of practical knowledge. Finally, the article also points out the aspects of future research, which further promote the accumulation of practical knowledge has some enlightenment.
