In the field of education, the introduction of information technology, causes great changes in the traditional education model, and this trend adapts to the new requirements of the educational development in the information society. Normal students in the collage as the main teachers in primary school, they basically learn about the theoretical knowledge of education, and lack of practical knowledge or skills. In order to meet the needs of future competition and development, normal students must understand the class, and be able to handle the problems in teaching. So it requires them to learn their own practical knowledge from the stage of education. However, the practical knowledge is unconscious in the personal mind, with strong individual, situational, experiential, and hardly be show by words. Before its explicitness. it is hardly to obtain, save, share, applicant and innovate. The development of information technology provides methods and means for the practical knowledge explicitness. and at the same time, the application of information technology for knowledge management can contribute to the knowledge construction; provide many channels of knowledge acquisition; provide immediate and efficient knowledge sharing; provide environment of knowledge application and innovation. This article which is on the basis of explicitness of practical knowledge is started from normal students own problems, and want to build a platform which is provided for the normal students practical knowledge management through the using of information technology. The purpose is in order to promote the knowledge acquisition, preservation, sharing, application and innovation for the normal students, to help them to do better in the practical knowledge management. This research comfirms the effectivly supporting role of tacit practical knowledge management by the tools, techniques and methods of information technology, and also provides some useful reference for future similar studies.The article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the research, issue of the problem, purpose and meaning, and ideas and methods of the research. The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories, and in this chapter we define the involved concepts and make a brief introduction to knowledge management, teacher knowledge, practical knowledge. The third chapter is about the survey results and data analysis, and generalize the problems and obstacles in the normal students practical knowledge management. Chapter IV is an analysis of the application of information technology in knowledge management, and make an analysis of the related technologies and tools in current normal students practical knowledge management. The fifth chapter is the building of theoretical model, we construct a normal students practical knowledge management model by the data analysis on the base of the research of knowledge management theory. Chapter VI is an overview of the designing, building and function achieving of the platform which is basis on the theoretical model in chapter IV and through the integration of various technologies and tools. Chapter VII is the summary and reflection. In this chapter we make a summary about the model, platform and the whole thesis, and propose the further research.
