The Study On Set Sail Technology And Competition Strategy Of Kayak (Still Water) 200m Project

The study collected 200m canoeing competition video through on-the-spot shorting. And the research adopting SIMIĀ°Motion 7.50 to analysis the technical of start three paddle cycles and whole racing structure,then using SPSS 16.0 statistical software to analysis the data.We try to reveal the regulation and characteristics of canoes (still water) 200m project's start technology and racing structure,in order to improve the set sail effect and to optimize the whole race strategy,and provide intuitive and necessary technical support for competition and training.We do the technology service for our canoes training force as prepare for the 2012 Olympic Games.The results of the study indicate that:1.The technology of set sail shows:(1) Ranking better in the first 10m,20m section always ranking better in the final in 200m short project of excellent canoe athletes. (2)In the first three paddle cycles, time used gradually shortened but displacement gradually increasing, namely boat speed continuously improved in 200m canoeing competition. (3)In the first three paddle cycles, excellent canoe athletes'paddle frequencies shows ascendant trend and always right paddle frequency above left, and the angle out and enter the water is shows reduced trend. (4)The left-right side strength shows imbalance of domestic outstanding canoe athletes, right seems stronger and left seems relatively weak. Strengthen the weak side force and technology training, which is beneficial to achieve better grades. (5)Raising the time ratio of pull oars stage and decreasing the time ratio of back oars stage appropriately in the first oar. It can get more power, which is beneficial to the boat get rid of static time which would accelerate forward. (6)Coaches and athletes should strengthen the attention and training of start-up time and balance, in order to make a better start. (7)The frequency and the angle enter and out the water are bigger, the effect of set sail are better in the first set sail oars paddle.2.The entire racing structure and game strategies shows:(1) Paddling with all strength to the whole project is the key to victory of excellent canoe athletes in the 200m short game. (2) The tactics of kayak 200m project is more one fold. Men and women athletes' racing mode are shows that the paddle frequency and speed are increasing gradually after starting, it reached maximum in 50-60m piecewise, then reducing gradually, and in a relatively low level 190m subsection in 180-190m piecewise, then improve boat speed and improve or keep frequency for final sprint in the finally 10m piecewise. (3)According to the trend lines of boat speed and frequency, the study divided the 200m short project into three stages:the stage of accelerated of set sail(0-50m), the stage of way paddle(50-190m), the stage of sprinting(190-200m). (4) Clustering the frequency and speed by K type for each 10m piecewise. We found that each type of the distance between the differences are less than 0.001, it shows that the clustering effect is very good. Assorting the original 42 classes of frequency and speed into each 2 classes. The specific speed and frequency cluster as below:MK1-200m and MK2-200m projects for the speed type 1+frequency type 1,WK1-200m projects for the speed type 2+frequency type 1,MC1-200m projects for the speed type 2+frequency type 2.
