At present,the recruitment and selection examination system of primary and secondary school teachers has been implemented in all parts of the country.In response to the national call,jiangxi province began to implement the provincial unified examination in 2010,which has achieved certain results,but some problems need to be improved in the implementation process.Based on the perspective of Teacher Professional Standards,this thesis mainly conducts research from the following aspects: Firstly,this paper has analyzed the history of the open recruitment system of the primary and secondary schools in theory and the current status and its significance with the method of literature.Secondly,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods are used to analyze and study the basic status quo of examinees who are intend to prepare teacher recruitment examination,so as to understand their recognition of teacher recruitment examination.Thirdly,through the survey collection,the paper has analyzed the teachers recruitment system in Jiangxi province from 2010 to 2018,to get the information on the teachers' open recruitment exam,content,form,organization management,policy,and so on,to further analyze the problems and factors that are involved in teacher recruitment.Specific problems mainly include :Recruitment organization is not rigorous,the implementation process is not scientific;Enter oneself for an examination the condition limit is too high,the request is unreasonable;It is difficult to choose suitable teachers because of unreasonable post allocation;The examination content scope is narrow,the examination form is unitary;the examinee sex ratio imbalance,the examinee reference motive is not pure.Finally,through the contrast analysis,this paper focuses on the existing problems of the primary and secondary school teachers recruitment exam,absorbing the domestic big cities,such as Guangzhou,Shanghai and other cities advanced recruitment system,at the same time,under our own national reality,learn from foreign countries such as Japan,Singapore and other developed countries,further put forward the strategies of the optimization of primary and secondary school teachers recruitment system.Specific measures mainly are as follows: Improve the teacher recruitment process and ensure the quality of teachers;Improve the school's participation in recruitment examination;Improve the teacher selection system andimplement the two-way selection mode;Continue to improve the teacher recruitment system and adjust the registration conditions according to the actual situation of the region;expands the examination content and the rich interview form,enhances the examination the actual effect;Reform the scoring standard and standardize the scoring system;Optimize the management mechanism of teacher staffing to improve the occupational attractiveness of teachers with their work performance.
